Why I Started PhilaLaw Link
The idea for PhilaLaw Link came from my own frustration with how hard it was to find the right lawyer when I needed one. I remember making call after call, only to be told “we do not handle that” or “we do not work in that county.” It felt like I was wasting time when all I wanted was help. Later, working at a law firm, I saw the same problem from the other side; our phones rang constantly with people looking for legal services we did not provide. It wasted their time and ours. That is when I realized there had to be a better way: a simple, local system that connects people directly with attorneys who are ready and able to help.
